Videographer
You’ll capture and produce high-quality short-form and long-form content for social media and ads. You’ll attend and lead monthly client content sessions, ensuring each shoot is strategic, efficient, and aligned with performance goals. This includes filming content sessions and handling the raw footage to our editing team. Speed, knowledge, quality, social skills, and attention to detail are critical.
Account Manager / Client Success
You’ll be the bridge between clients and the internal team. You’ll lead communication, manage expectations, ensure deliverables are completed on time, and help clients feel confident in our strategy. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are required.
Video Editor
You’ll be responsible for editing a high volume of short-form videos every week for social media and paid ads. This includes cutting fast-paced vertical content, adding strong hooks and captions, optimizing pacing for retention, and delivering polished creative on tight deadlines. You must be efficient, organized, and comfortable handling a large workload without sacrificing quality. Speed, consistency, and attention to detail are critical.
Paid Ads Specialist (Meta / Google)
You’ll manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google. This includes audience targeting, creative testing, analyzing performance metrics (CAC, CTR, ROAS), and improving conversion rates. You must think strategically and make decisions based on data, not guesses.
Social Media Coordinator
You’ll manage content calendars, schedule posts, write captions, ensure deadlines are met, and support client communication. You’ll help turn ideas into organized execution while maintaining brand consistency across platforms. Strong organization and follow-through are essential.
Not Actively Hiring
Graphic Designer
You’ll design social graphics, carousel posts, ad creatives, brand guidelines, and visual assets that match each client’s identity. You should have strong taste, clean layout skills, and the ability to design content that both looks premium and performs.
