Refund Policy
At FBD Marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services that meet your business needs. Once a service agreement is in place, refunds are generally not offered. However, we strive to ensure client satisfaction and will address any issues that arise.
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are not available for services once there's an agreement and the work has commenced.
If FBD Marketing fails to deliver the services as promised, we may provide additional work or services to rectify the issue, if deemed appropriate.
Time Frame:
Any concerns regarding the services provided must be raised within 30 days of service commencement.
Process:
To raise a concern, please contact our customer support team at info@fbdmarketing.com with your details and a description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days to discuss possible resolutions.
Additional Work:
If the services provided do not meet the agreed-upon terms, FBD Marketing will work with the client to ensure the promised services are delivered, which may include providing additional work at no extra cost
Cancellation Policy
We understand that business needs can change, and we aim to accommodate cancellations as best as we can.
Eligibility for Cancellations:
Cancellations are available for services that have not yet been initiated or are in the early stages of execution.
Cancellations are not available for services that are nearing completion or have already been delivered.
Time Frame:
You can cancel your order/service within 5 days of placing it.
Process:

Our team will review your request and confirm the cancellation within 3 business days.
Fees:
No cancellation fees apply for services canceled within the specified time frame.
